I think we all can agree that stress is whipping us. Some more than others, but it’s doing its damage almost everywhere. We intend to look at some of the root causes of stress and ways to contain it.

Some stress is good. It keeps us functioning and alert to be safe. But too much is crippling. We need to learn to control it.

We will look at relaxation and methods to relax including such things as meditation, music (a little Yacht Rock and a little classical to begin with), good health and generally finding our way back to the happy place we each started life knowing.
